Terms & Conditions

  1. All charges are subject to current rates and do not include relevant taxes.
  2. The booking fee is not refundable in the event that a flight, train, or other form of transportation is cancelled.
  3. Only AC coaches are available for pickup and drop-off at the designated times from Bhuj Airport or Bhuj Railway Station.
  4. Each guest must present the Rann Utsav package voucher at the reception desk at the time of check-in, along with a valid government-approved photo ID proof, such as their Aadhar card; for foreign nationals, a valid passport and visa are required. A PAN card cannot be used as a legitimate form of identification.
  5. The visitor will be taken to Tent City, Dhordo in the earliest available transfer if a train or flight is delayed.
  6. Guests will not be compensated for missed meals or other activities if they arrive at Tent City late.
  7. If visitors arrive at Tent City early, they might have to wait in the waiting area until the tent becomes available.
  8. Within The Tent City, we have designated a number of specialised operators to provide certain adventure sports activities, such as paramotoring and all-terrain vehicles (ATV). Visitors should be aware of the dangers to their bodily and mental health associated with the activities. These adventure sports are risky by nature and put a person’s physical and mental limits to the limit. Risks associated with activities can include, but are not limited to, the possibility of severe physical harm, illness and diseases, permanent disability, paralysis and death, mishaps, and damage to property or equipment. In order to engage in such activities, adventure sports operators may request that visitors sign an indemnity agreement. The operators’ actions and services are entirely the responsibility of the management. The actions or inactions (including carelessness) of those operators are not our responsibility. We cannot in any way be held accountable for any accidents or injuries sustained by anyone participating in these activities. Before engaging in these activities, the guest must be aware of the hazards involved and the operators’ level of expertise.
  9. Travel agents, the Rejuvenation Centre, the Travel Desk, Adventure Sports, and the HAAT Area are among the services offered by several operators at Tent City. The Tent City does not take any responsibility for the services or activities of the aforementioned operators, but guests are free to shop as they see fit.
  10. At least fifteen minutes before to the planned departure, guests should appear at the boarding location according to the timetable. They must make their own travel arrangements if they are unable to board the bus at the scheduled departure time for touring. Depending on the weather and the time of sunset, the transfer schedules between White Rann and Kala Dungar may change. At the designated times, the bus will leave.
  11. If guests, their friends, or anyone else they are responsible for cause any loss or damage to Tent City property, they will be held accountable.
  12. Please be aware that the vehicles’ air conditioning will be kept at a temperature that most of the passengers find comfortable.
  13. 15% of the total booking price will be charged in the event that the date is changed.
  14. Five percent of the total booking cost will be billed if the primary guest’s name changes.
  15. A downgrade of the current room category will result in a fee of 5% of the entire booking price. conditions and terms

  17. Only one date modification is permitted, and it must be made at least 72 hours before check-in. If a date change is requested less than 72 hours prior to check-in, the booking will be considered cancelled and the cancellation policy will be enforced.
  18. The guest is responsible for covering any incidental, personal, and other charges as well as the price of any items not listed or indicated in the inclusions.
  19. The management is not responsible for the loss of a visitor’s personal belongings. Visitors are expected to search for their belongings. Bringing valuables such jewellery, silverware, cash, breakables, cameras, laptops, chargers, or photography equipment, as well as antiques, antiquities, artwork, precious metals, and other similar items, puts visitors at their own risk.
  20. The cars used for transfers cannot be used exclusively by guests.
  21. This is merely a recommended itinerary, and depending on certain conditions, it may be changed at management’s sole discretion.
  22. Visitors must inform the reception staff at check-in if they will be arriving late or early for check-out so that the vehicle may be arranged. There will be a cost for this.
  23. Depending on the weather and the time of sunset, the transfer schedules to and from White Rann and/or Kala Dungar may change.
  24. One unusual natural formation is White Rann.  It is at the mercy of the natural world.  Regarding the creation of Rann or any other unforeseen changes, management does not take accountability.
  25. According to government regulations, no smoking is permitted inside any tent.
  26. Visitors must abide by the house rules and any applicable laws.
  27. In the event of an unwelcome natural disaster or any Central or State Government event, meeting, or visit, management has the right to cancel the reservation at any time and without warning. In this situation, the management will not be responsible for any travel or transportation costs, and alternate dates may be arranged or your accommodation booking will be fully refunded.
  28. The management of Tent City takes every effort to avoid uncontrollable events like fires, short circuits, and other mishaps. However, the Tent City administration is only liable for a maximum of INR 50,000 per tent for lost baggage brought on by fire, short circuit, or any other accident. Before departing, each visitor can choose to get sufficient insurance coverage from their insurance provider to Rann Utsav-The Tent City.
  29. The purpose of baggage is to safeguard its contents. The management takes all precaution while managing luggage during transit at our baggage counter at Bhuj Lounge or Tent City. However, if there is wear and tear, such as small cuts, broken wheels, scratches, or dents, the management will not be held responsible.
  30. Inside the Tent City, pets are not permitted.
  31. If we must close the property due to unforeseen events or government regulations, we will reimburse you 100% of your accommodation booking and will not be responsible for any travel or transportation costs.
  32. We will move any guests who exhibit COVID symptoms while visiting Tent City to our on-site Isolation Centre, where our medical staff will examine them. We will direct the visitor to the closest hospital if they are told to remain isolated or be hospitalised.
  33. We will change the arrival date based on availability and at no cost to the guest if they are experiencing any COVID symptoms at Bhuj Lounge.  The guest is responsible for paying the difference if there is a rate change.  If the visitor requests it, our knowledgeable staff will direct them to the closest hospital.
  34. Any disagreement pertaining to the terms and conditions listed above is solely within Ahmedabad’s jurisdiction.
  35. The management has reserved all rights.

CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

  1. If you cancel more than or equal to thirty days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 90% refund.
  2. If you need to cancel more than or equal to 15 days before the planned arrival date but less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 60% refund.
  3. If you cancel fewer than 15 days before your intended arrival, there will be no refund.
  4. 15% of the total booking price will be charged if the check-in date is changed.
  5. Five percent of the total booking cost will be billed if the primary guest’s name changes.
  6. A downgrade of the current room category will result in a fee of 5% of the entire booking price.
  7. The rates do not include applicable taxes.
  8. GST will be applied as necessary.
  9. If there is triple occupancy, anyone older than six will be charged as an additional person (with mattress).

Note: Any modifications may be made at any time without prior notification at the organizer’s sole discretion.
