- If you cancel more than or equal to thirty days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 90% refund.
- If you need to cancel more than or equal to 15 days before the planned arrival date but less than 30 days before the scheduled arrival date, you will receive a 60% refund.
- If you cancel fewer than 15 days before your intended arrival, there will be no refund.
- 15% of the total booking price will be charged if the check-in date is changed.
- Five percent of the total booking cost will be billed if the primary guest’s name changes.
- A downgrade of the current room category will result in a fee of 5% of the entire booking price.
- The rates do not include applicable taxes.
- GST will be applied as necessary.
- If there is triple occupancy, anyone older than six will be charged as an additional person (with mattress).
Note: Any modifications may be made at any time without prior notification at the organizer’s sole discretion.
